Blue Sky Black Death performing live at the Parish in Austin, TX over the week of South by Southwest, March 2014. BSBD is one of my biggest influences in creating music and getting to see them up close and personal was a very cool experience for me.

Got to see one of my idols perform live at Utopiafest last weekend in Utopia, Texas. GZA the Genius headlined the main stage along with Brownout on 9-12-2014. It was one of the rowdier shows I've ever attended, as soon as GZA walked out on stage, a storm immediately started brewing which I thought was epic considering the persona of GZA. He went on to perform most of his hits from his legendary album "Liquid Swords" along with a number of the Wu-Tang Clan classics such as "Protect ya Neck and C.R.E.A.M."
